1. The annual membership fee charged by IslandFamilies entitles you:
   i) to become a member of the annual Community Club scheme until 31 December of each year and to claim discounts, promotions and other members benefits from Participating Business Partner
   ii) to receive the Community Club cards (credit and key-fob sizes)
   iii) any other offer products like the IslandFamilies voucher book.
2. The membership is open to any individual over the age of 16 years old.

3. Please check our website for offer details before each purchase as these may change over time and also be withdrawn. IslandFamilies is not responsible for any losses incurred by cardholders in respect of any transactions with the Participating Business Partners.

4. The Participating Business Partners are not within the control of IslandFamilies. IslandFamilies is not responsible for these organisations in any way and do not endorse, unless otherwise stated, any of the goods or services which they may provide.
5. IslandFamilies does not keep any credit or debit card details that may be associated with your purchase – these are securely stored by our chosen global payments provider (PayPal) at the point of purchase.
6. Your subscription to the Community Club membership includes enrolment into an annual recurring payment plan. Your annual membership fee will automatically be charged via PayPal at the end of the billing period disclosed by PayPal, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation in point 7.
7. If you have signed up for a recurring subscription service you can cancel your subscription at any time via your PayPal account. We can refund the annual fee for you if you contact us within seven days of being automatically charged for your annual membership fee however a £4 admin charge will be deducted. Most recurring subscription payments are automatically charged by PayPal in November and December. Your recurring fee for future years is fixed.
8. An additional benefit of recurring membership is receiving your membership pack before New Year’s Eve each year.
9. The Community Club Card remains the property of IslandFamilies at all times, however, you are entitled to maintain possession of the Card during the membership year. You may not sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your membership (or purport to do so) to another person at any time.
10. IslandFamilies Community Club membership is for your household only. Members found to be sharing the cost and dividing membership will have their membership revoked.
11. Replacement cards will cost a flat fee of £12. Lost or misplaced voucher books cannot be replaced at any time.
12. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, up to date information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from IslandFamilies. Failure to notify IslandFamilies of a change of address before renewal period may result in a charge for a replacement card if the first one is sent to a previous address and not returned.
13. IslandFamilies reserves the right to transfer the management and ownership of the Community Club scheme to someone else, including the transfer of basic personal information required for the management of your membership (your name, email, address and phone number). Under exceptional circumstances as such, your membership benefits and fee may be reviewed.

14. IslandFamilies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice to you. All modifications to these Terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on the IslandFamilies website.

15. The fact that you are a member of the Community Club does not confer upon you any rights in, or to the name IslandFamilies Limited or any other intellectual property rights that may belong to IslandFamilies or the Community Club scheme from time to time.

16. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be contacted via the personal details you have provided with updates and communication related to the Community Club membership and IslandFamilies Limited. You can choose to unsubscribe from our email and SMS communication any time after we have delivered you the Community Club membership card.
