Little Bears Nature Nursery & Pre-Schools (est. 2001) offer two beautiful rural settings, just ten minutes’ drive from most parishes on the island. They provide high-quality nursery day care, pre-school education, and a holiday club for children aged 0–6 years.
Our Nursery in St Saviour’s is open 8:00am – 4:30pm, year-round, and is registered for up to 37 children per day, aged 0–6 years.
Our Pre-School in St Peter’s operates during term time only, from 8:30am – 2:30pm, and is registered for up to 32 children per day, aged 2–5 years.
They offer exceptional, holistic learning environments inspired by the Curiosity Approach and Reggio Emilia philosophy. Rooted in nature, the settings feature natural materials and large outdoor spaces that promote discovery, exploration, and a deep connection with the world around them.
Both locations offer ample parking and quick, stress-free drop-off.
The passionate team of experienced, caring, and fun practitioners treat every child and family as unique. They create bespoke learning plans tailored to each child’s interests, learning style, and developmental needs, guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework.
