Sunset, Fizz and Chips

Arrive at The Old Government House at 6.15pm, where a glass of chilled Lanson Champagne and delicate canapés await. From there, you’ll board a charming vintage bus for a scenic journey across the island, arriving at the sweeping sands of Cobo Bay by 7.30pm. Settle into deckchairs on the beach and enjoy classic fish and chips, perfectly paired with more Champagne. And as the sun slips below the horizon, linger a little longer with an elegant selection of Afternoon Tea style desserts, served alongside another sparkling pour.With the sea breeze in your hair and the sky glowing gold, return to the hotel at 8.30pm, carrying the memory of a truly Guernsey evening.
